The FBI has set up a toll-free 800 number for tips regarding fugitive Kenneth Konias Jr., who is accused of killing a fellow guard in an armored car robbery.

The number is 1-800-CALL-FBI.

A federal warrant for Mr. Konias' arrest was issued Friday. The FBI and police are investigating the death of Michael Haines, 31, of East McKeesport, who was found in a Garda armored vehicle that was idling on 31st Street in the Strip District. Officials believe Mr. Konias took approximately $2.3 million that had been collected on pickups that day.

Garda Cash Logistics has offered a $100,000 reward for information leading to the capture and conviction of Mr. Konias.

The FBI also released an updated wanted poster for Mr. Konias.

It describes the theft and lists the charges against Mr. Konias, and says, "Konias is believed to be in possession of several weapons. He may be driving a tan, 2006 Ford Explorer with license plate GZW-4572."
