The Chamber of Commerce Inc. announced its newest board members elected for the 2012-2015 term. Rachel Berger, a member of the Child Protection Team at the Child Advocacy Center of Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh of UPMC, was appointed to the Pennsylvania Task Force on Child Protection by state Senate President Pro Tempore Joe Scarnati, R-Jefferson.

Fragasso Financial Advisors hired Dotti Bechtol as fiduciary asset business development officer.

The Farmers National Bank of Emlenton promoted Michel K. Vasiladiotis to assistant vice president, manager of marketing and advertising and hired Joshua D. Fye as assistant vice president, commercial loan officer.

First National Bank of Pennsylvania hired Jill M. Burgman as vice president, Metro Business Banking.

F.N.B. Corp. elected Vincent J. Delie Jr. as chief executive officer. Mr. Delie succeeds Stephen J. Gurgovits, who will now serve as chairman of the board. Mr. Delie, who was also elected to the board, will remain president of F.N.B. Corporation and CEO of First National Bank, F.N.B. Corporation's largest affiliate.
