James Durbin didn't win "American Idol" last season, which set the tone for a Q92.9 (WLTJ-FM) radio contest. Bethel Park's Beth Kovalick wrote a jingle as part of the station's recent contest, and because her tune was judged runner-up, she was awarded the chance to host an "Idol"-watching party at her home tonight.

Q92.9 will provide the food and drink, but even better, it will provide Mr. Durbin, a Santa Cruz, Calif., rocker who plans to perform an acoustic mini-set during the event.
