Jazz is alive and well at the Manchester Craftsmen's Guild. MCG Jazz celebrated its 25th anniversary Saturday night by honoring Pittsburgh's great jazz musicians of the past and spotlighting the new class of cool cats during "Once in a Lifetime." Among the greats were Harold Betters, Roger Humphries, John Wilson, Cecil Brooks II, James Johnson Jr., Nelson Harrison and Chuck Austin. Future legends Don Aliquo Sr., Joe Dallas, Warren Watson, Art Nance, Frank Cunimondo and Duke Spaulding mingled with more than 350 guests.
